Private templates

Save a carousel as a reusable template just for your team. No admin review, no public listing, ready to use immediately.

A private template lives inside your organization only. It never appears on the public marketplace, in search engines, in sitemaps, or on creator profiles. Other organizations cannot see it or use it.

Use this when you want to lock in a design pattern (visual style, layout, narrative arc) and reuse it across multiple carousels without the friction of admin review or the exposure of a public template.

From any carousel you own, open the Publish as template flow and pick the Private (my org) toggle. Saving is instant.

  1. 1Open the carousel you want to save (from the editor or the carousels page).
  2. 2Click Publish as template. A modal opens with a Public/Private toggle at the top.
  3. 3Pick Private (my org), give it a name, and click Save private template.
  4. 4Find it under Templates > My templates in the new Your organization's library section.

Private templates appear in their own section on My templates with a green Private badge. From there you can use them, publish them to the marketplace, or delete them permanently.

Tips
  • Use this template: opens the create flow with the template pre-selected, same as a public one. Costs the standard 8 credits per generation.
  • Delete: hard-deletes the template row. Carousels you've already generated from it stay intact.
  • Only members of your organization can see, use, or delete a private template. Cross-org visitors get a 404 even via direct URL.

If a private template earns its keep internally and you want to share it with the marketplace, click the Publish to marketplace icon on the card. The template enters the standard admin review queue (PENDING_REVIEW) and stays hidden from the gallery until approval.

The same Template row is preserved across the conversion: any usage history, likes, and credits stay attached. Once approved you start earning 1 credit per cross-org use just like a fresh public submission.
